Asus Zenbook UX31e Wifi Off when Ac Adapter plugged ( Charging )

Asus Zenbook UX31e  is very thin ultrabook, when we try to open back case thare a ram, processor is onboard. after recovery to default operating System  Asus Zenbook UX31e Wifi Off when Ac Adapter plugged ( Charging ). How to fix Asus Zenbook ux31e wifi issue ?
When you are using windows 7, Go to control panel to uninstal "USB Charging Plus" Then restart your laptop. then you can see wifi connect with plug or unpluged ac adapter. uninstal wireles console 3, and recover windows 7
